Membership

Any and all terms of membership of the French Chamber of Commerce in Kenya will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.

The French Chamber of Commerce in Kenya does not refund membership fees if membership is cancelled before the end of the relevant term. Membership duration is based on the calendar year from 1st January to 31 December.

Photography during events

Pictures might be taken during events. The French Chamber of Commerce in Kenya reserves the right to publish these on its website - https://www.frenchchamber.co.ke/ - and social media pages (Facebook & LinkedIn) as well as print materials (Brochures, Banners). If you do not agree, participants have to inform the French Chamber of Commerce in Kenya by handwriting before the event.

Miscellaneous

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be filed only in courts located in Kenya, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any of these terms and conditions are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
